Justin Dorfman was professional, knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile. I was out of town so I sent my son to test drive the vehicle for me and I knew these things were going quickly in fact when I was on the phone with Justin the vehicle I wanted actually drove off the lot as I was talking to Justin on the phone. Ask Justin what I could do to save the car till the next morning and I was gonna catch the last flight out that night so I could be there in the morning in Justin made it happen. I am a happy owner of a 2025 diesel Yukon Denali, I couldn’t be happier!

Overall, my experience was a good one. The staff did well as a team and made me feel important. I expected a bit more respect as far as the transaction was concerned. Which was made up of a 2 yr envista lease at the 18mo point traded for a new envista lease. However their collective effort to find a vehicle with my preferences was really impressive. Ricardo did not give up. The ONLY complaint out a very successful interaction occured at point of payment/colataral. Out of no where the finance staff could not put the entire down pmt on my AX Platinum card. I made arrangements to use the card for the transaction of 7000.00. They claimed they could only put 3000.00 on the card due to Amercan Express fees. NOT COOL at all. I was furious because all you had to do was tell me that ahead of time. That was UNACCEPTABLE...and trifle.

Really bad experience, whoever was the mechanic that serviced my vehicle, did not take care of it. Oil was spilled over the dashboard, ignoring how this could happen, my steering wheel, got sticky with oil all over it, assuming that mechanic did not remove his gloves, also the driver seat, was stained with oil, seems to me that the mechanic did not care about an expensive vehicle. Also did not performed well the transmission fluid service, because was leaking fresh oil under the bold drainage. I am not sure a this point if the filter of the transmission was replaced, I did not receive a job report on what was done or a detail of the service was done. I will never bring my vehicle for service to this particular dealership.

Adrian Macias was the first person that greeted me when I showed up on a Friday afternoon. He was so helpful and came out to look at the problem was with my Acadia liftgate. It wouldn't close because the bars cracked. He wasn't immediately sure how to fix it but took it into the shop to assess it. Then quickly gave me options and offered me a rental car for the weekend. My car was fixed by the following Tuesday. Very thankful for his professionalism, patience, and customer service.
